Return & Refund Policy

At JNR Cruiser (jnrcruiser.com), customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the personal nature and hygienic requirements of vaping products, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience.

1. Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage you to inspect your items immediately upon arrival.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unopened & Unused: The product must be in its original condition, with the outer shrink-wrap or seal (if applicable) intact, and in a condition suitable for resale.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including all labels, manuals, and accessories.

  • Hygiene Restrictions: For health and safety reasons, any e-cigarette device, pod, or disposable product that has been opened, filled with e-liquid, or activated/used is strictly ineligible for return or refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (DOA)

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required Proof: Please provide your order number along with photos or a short video demonstrating the damage or defect.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Return Process

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with a return shipping address if approved.

  3. Ship the Item: Please pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during the return journey.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Quality Issues: If the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part, JNR Cruiser will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Personal Reasons: If you are returning an item due to "change of mind" or "disliking the flavor," the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

6. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

7. Bulk Purchases (Wholesale/Bulk Orders)

  • For orders that received a Bulk Discount, partial returns are generally not accepted unless there is a significant manufacturing defect.

  • After-sales service for bulk orders will be handled according to specific procurement agreements.

8. Order Cancellation

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us to request a cancellation for a full refund.

  • Once an order has entered the shipping and logistics phase, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
