1. Delivery Area

  • Australia-Wide Coverage: We ship to all states and territories across Australia, including New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), Western Australia (WA), South Australia (SA), Tasmania (TAS), the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), and the Northern Territory (NT).

2. Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Tracking Notification: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing your Tracking Number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

3. Shipping Times & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We utilize stable international logistics partners who coordinate with local carriers (such as Australia Post) to ensure delivery. Estimated delivery time is typically 7-15 business days.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your parcel.

  • Bulk Purchase Discounts: We offer specialized logistics solutions and shipping incentives for bulk or wholesale orders. For large-volume inquiries, please contact us via WhatsApp for a custom quote.

4. Australian Customs & Compliance

  • Customer Responsibility: Regulations regarding vaping products can vary by state in Australia. As the importer, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with local laws and regulations (including prescription requirements where applicable).

  • Duties and Taxes: JNR Cruiser is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs Clearance: While we take every precaution to ensure smooth delivery, JNR Cruiser is not liable for packages seized or delayed by Australian Border Force due to local policy restrictions.

5. Delivery Address Requirements

  • Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and includes the correct Suburb, State, and Postcode.

  • P.O. Boxes: For security reasons and to ensure successful delivery of age-restricted items, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO).

  • Address Changes: We cannot redirect or change the shipping address once the parcel has left our warehouse. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

6. Discrete Packaging & Privacy

We highly value your privacy. All orders from JNR Cruiser are shipped in plain, neutral packaging with no mention of "Vape," "E-cigarette," or "JNR" on the outside of the box. This ensures your order arrives safely and discretely.

7. Shipping Issues & Damages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please check around your property or contact your local post office. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist you in the investigation and provide a suitable resolution.
